@The_Last_Son_of_Czarnia: If I remember the amp to Thing levels Surfer was weakened at the time as well if I'm not mistaken. Anyways he has shown to be above that quite a bit. He was about kill Hulk in less than 5 hits if it weren't for the warbound. I'm just asking though if he's amped himself more than once. The handbooks do say he can amp himself to incalculable levels so Surfer can potentially amp himself beyond the Hulk if he wanted to at this point and all Hulk has to do is get angry but that argument for him is so old and what not, his anger will get to a certain point which will mean his strength does too as it has in the past until another plot device rolls around to piss him off even more. Something has to stimulate Hulk's anger, all Surfer has to do is will himself and he, same goes for Captain Atom. Surfer isn't gonna get one shotted here, he did take hits from Tenebrus and Aegis and still had the energy to channel the crunch. Surfer's dealt with Hulk before and he knows what he is capability and Surfer has the necessary abilities to beat him. But as for fighting him physically just throwing the thought out there that Surfer can potentially beat Hulk on strength via self amp without the need for stimulus not that he will though.
