Unbreakable , populated planet

Win by killing

Hulk gets to rest 10 seconds between rounds

Hulks opponents are morals off

Herc has all his gear

No TP

no flying higher than 100 feet.

Stops at 8 for sure, possibly 6

Stops at 8 or 9.

Definitely stops at Eiling. I believe the League had to BFR him since they couldn't damage him.

I made the planet unbreakable and UN populated

The ceiling can't but if I remember correctly, Eiling laughed off everything the League threw at him. I don't remember Hulk ever breaking a planet with a punch.

@epictayman: No way he can pass 8; Gladiator can solo and BB already beat him, hulk won't even see Gladiator's attacks since his moral are off. Worst scenario Gladiator holds Hulk while BB keeps blasting him at full power.

Eiling should be higher. Stops at 4 probably, but definently doens't get past eiling.

What's the difference between savage hulk and hulk.

If he starts at base strength then he could stop at 3, if not 3 then he definitely stops at 8. I imagine he might be able to beat one of them but both together is FAAAARRRR too much. If he starts higher than base (quite a bit but not too much) then I imagine he could possibly, in a very hard fight pass 8 but he definetly stops at 9.

Savage hulk isn't beating apocalypse with or without tp. He's too strong and versatile.

I feel like if he gets mad enough he can put up a fight with Thanos h2h.

Depending on which incarnation of Hulk we're talking about, I don't see why he can't go to 9.

If it's World-Breaker Hulk, he'll clear them all.

How does anyone believe hulk is getting past Eiling?

Hulk, the King of PIS. Stops at 3 most likely. i Swear in Marvel now hyperion was beating him up. thor could most likely do the same, after seeing his encounter with uriel and gorr.

WBH can't clear this, he won't pass 8 in any day of his life. It's just a bad combination for Hulk: Versatility, speed, and freaking powerful blast that would most likely turn him into ashes.
