Look. Hulk has great feats but Hulk clearly has better feats than him. See whatever Hulk can do, Hulk can do even better. I can't make it much simpler than that.

Avengers Hulk hits way harder, he could very well KO nanite Hulk. Though Nanite Hulk has some really good durability feats that Avenger's Hulk doesn't quite match(falling 30 thousand feat from the air isn't much to go on when the other guy tanked a nuke) and a pretty crazy healing factor to boot.
