Nobody on this team save Jen, is going to have the smallest chance of even surviving.

How strong is Hulk 2099? Only thing I know him from his Exiles, and he was possessed by Proteus for the majority of the time. 

If he's anything like Reg Hulk he wins.

Killer Croc if not jobbing and Lizard would not be completely useless here. They are above street leveler and have some decent durability coupled with healing factors. The team goes down but I think they are enough to at least irritate the Hulk while He and She-Hulk are slugging it out.
