Huge dc heavy hitter team takes on Marvel villains

The marvel villains have united and have defeated the avengers! Now they come DC earth and the heroes of Earth 1 and 2 have allied to face this threat.

Dc team roster:

Phantom Stranger, Hal Jordan, Kyle Rayner, Simon Baz, Guy Gardner, John Stewart, The Question, Pandora, Superman, Supergirl,Superboy, Cassandra Sandsmark, Vibe, Kid Flash, Alan Scott, Swamp Thing, Earth 2 Flash, Dr fate, John Constantine, Zatanna, Carol Ferris, Nightmare Nurse, Flash, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, Orion, Infinity Man, Saint Walker, Captain Atom, Raven, Firestorm, Aquaman, Shazam, Powergirl, Abigail Arcane and Zauriel.

Marvel Team

Korvac, Thanos, Ultron, Kang the conquerer, Graviton, Onslaught, Void, Magus, Ronan, Maelstrom, Annihilus, Morgan La Fay, Phoenix 5, Count Nefaria, Depowered Tyrant and Doctor Doom.

SETTING

This is set on an indestructible planet.

RULES

DC characters are new 52.

Marvel Characters are just 616.

Either team wins when the other team is completely Ko'ed, Killed or Incapacitated.

All combatants are bloodlusted and get standard gear.

Please no flaming or trolling.

I think this is allowed and has not been done or is spite.

No pre 52 feats allowed, even if continuity is the same. I'll edit the OP tommorow, I'm on my phone currently.

Cut around 5-8 people from dc and it'll be even, this is very mismatched, even though marvel side has a couple teambusters. Shave a couple off of dc and it should be more balanced.

DC

Flash vs Malestorm would be interesting, given he is going to get empowered everytime Flash uses his speed offensively, anywhere close to him.

Beyond that way too many numbers to actually argue conclusively, but DC have a massive number advantage.

@johnfrank120: Sure. Without prior knowledge Flash is going to be the under-dog against his kryptonite. He gets more powerful the more someone punches him, or even uses any sort of kinetic energy in his presence. At least during his classic days before he became the avatar of Oblivion. This is a battle Flash cant win without speed-steal.

Pretty hard to decide on who wins this one considering how large each roster is.

DC just has WAY too many variables.

BFR in time would work he doesn't have time travel, BFR to speed force however would be by far the worst option to a guy whose derives his powers from kinetic energy. That would be like BFRing Superman into blue sun.

Too many variables dude. But DC is much larger and a lot of the marvel characters rely on prep to be powerful.

Phantom stranger solos and I don't even read him just saw some feats posted here and know dude is BEAST.

Pheonix 5 are not really villains, they are not even villains imo.

Always difficult to think things through with so many (too many let's be honest) people involved, but pretty sure that between the likes of non-jobbing Phantom Stranger (assuming he's allowed to get involved), Raven, Doctor Fate, MMH, JohnCon, etc, the DC team have them pretty outclassed.
