I have heard this character held in high regard, but cant find any high level feats to rate his power.  
Say who you think is one order above, and one spot below the word. Please give explanation.

From what I understand, the Word and the Hand are aspects of the Presence.

And chaos king is an aspect of oblivion, but that dosent say his exact power level 
when i asked who you thought were above and below the word, i meant as if he were on a list.

What I'm saying is that the Word isn't an actual entity. The Word is just part of the Presence - literally. As in, the Word is completely inseparable from the Presence.

Unless there is a statement saying this, then it isnt implied. thats not what being an aspect of something means
