How powerful is Professor Paradox

In what tier would you place Professor Paradox(ben 10) in. Who is the strongest character he can defeat.

With every statement and showing accounted for he would be like The Doctor, and with everything taken at face value he would be more powerful than most characters but if we are to scale it down as well as look at close comparisons reasonably he would be able to defeat characters like himself who could manipulate time, space and etc. I think he could beat Professor Zoom, Zoom, Barry, and Wally every other standard character below would prove to be inferior by thinking logically and open-mindedly you would come to the conclusion that he wouldn't have any problems with any skyfather level characters. With prep he may be beyond that tier, he's more than just a time traveller he's quite intelligent too and his identity identifies with inventory like skills.

Still below the OG Doctor Who.

Considering he created planets and greatest feat imo is transforming alien x ben to his human form he's probably like franklin richards level

It's not really gone into much detail, but considering he has full control over space/time on a quantum level, he should be pretty up there.

I wouldn't say he's like Skyfather tier or whatever, but he's strong.

Paradox is essentially Strange with the time stone but doesn't need the time stone

His best feat is entering into the mind of a celestialsapian, then forcing ben to turn back. doing this required him to overpower the two hostile personalities.

Who can alter reality destroy multiverses and create duplicates of any universe..

How does that not make him mega op?

Remember the omniverse episode with the time beast?

Paradox continuously reversed time over and over till ben and rook had a chance to win and ego to lose.. Hows that not mega op if it means you cannot lose?

And specially if your opponents aren't aware about it, it becomes a walking plot device, lol

@professorrespect: I was watching the series again, and Paradox is on the level of Celestialsapiens or even more. The very fact that he could get Ben out of Alien X form means he would have to overpower Serena and Bellicus for that period, both of whom have universal feats and have kept Ben till their deliberations are over, willingly, and would kill paradox for violating the 50 light years rule in seconds. Paradox would have to suspend and overrule these 2 universal+ entities, then grab Ben and reverse the effects of the Omnitrix WHILST holding off 2 universal entities from obliterating him.

@professorrespect: You cant say time hax because im pretty sure Serena and Bellicus have universal time powers as well. Because Serena and Bellicus BOTH voted to destroy paradox, and the very fact that 2/3 personalities agreed and nothing happened means he was holding them at bay till he got Ben out. These are the same personalities who recreated the universe on agreement btw.

And also how could he use time hax and get Ben out? Alien X doesn't age, he exists outside the multiverse and the forge of creation exists COMPLETELY outside of time. So if time doesn't apply to beings like this, how could paradox use time hax?

Literally the only way to get Ben out was for either Serena and bellicus to allow him, or force them to allow him, which is a universal feat at low estimation.

Then we come to the fact that he could locate the forge of creation without the map of infinity. Only the celestialsapiens could do that, and paradox could actually be more powerful than them, because if he wasn't, why would they impose a 50 lightyear ban on him?

Paradox is universal, heck id argue he's multiversal. idk much about dc but in marvel hed probably give beings like eternity a run for his money, heck id say he could fight the living tribunal and hold for some time
