How powerful is Black Bolt's voice?

who did manage to tank his full power scream?

I know thanos did tank his full power scream

Sentry did but that was a whisper

who else successfully keep out his sonic scream?

Black Bolt's scream is powerful enough to, with an unknown amp, tear a hole in reality. Theoretically he can destroy a planet, but he hasn't tried.

Extremely powerful. He's nearly KO'd Hulk and Silver Surfer with a whisper. He did more damage to Thanos than Thor did in the Infinity arc. In a What if, he vaporizes Sentry and Strange.

Apocalypse has done it too IIRC, but he was more powerful back then.

Thanos tanking it isn't really surprising at all, he's taken shots from Galaxy busters and hasn't fallen, the screams of BB are nothing to him.

it has been powered down a little over the years a scream used to threaten abstract beings promise to tare wholes in reality.

normal talk would threaten a whole planet and a whisper could destroy major cities.

now a whisper will destroy city block his normal voice will destroy a small city and his scream destroys major cities.
