I'm only 14 so I would probably die trying to operate a motorcycle. I probably won't reach the vehicle anyways, as Batman would just knock me out with one of his long-ranged gadgets anyways.

This is a tough one. Batman obviously dictates the terms of this battle. Assuming that he allows me a concession speech, it lasts as long as it takes me to say, "I give up, please don't hurt me!"

While he is in shock from me calling him Bruce and also mentioning his parents I pocket dial 911.

If he moves toward me I would bring up points from his past that he might like to know.

He will question me and talk long enough for the cops to show up and either arrest or drive off the nutcase in the Batman outfit.

Heaven forbid he fights the cops, he will quickly learn there is no plot armor in the real world as he is shot enough to take down an elephant.

Me as a character raised in real world vs comic batman: I die horribly. clear one shot.

As a character raised in comic world vs comic batman: Won't be as bad, the same amount of training gives much more dramatic effects in comic world. Not like bruce was born special.. if I have trained correctly, I have a good shot at lasting, as well as winning.

Five minutes, and that's only because i will drive away on the motor cycle, and Batman will figure out where I am going and set up a trap there.
