They all retreat to the Batcave, which is warded with the best tech money can by and the best magic the Justice League has at it's disposal. Batman being Batman, he probably has enough supplies to hold out for a good decade or so, sustaining up to around nine people, including himself. Usually, these supplies would have been held in reserve for Nightwing, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Damian, Alfred, Barbara Gordon, Selina Kyle, and Cassandra Cain. Given that in this scenario, all of those people are dead, these supplies can be reallocated for the teams use. And that's a decade of prep for Batman, with his Cave and Pete's scientific background to help synthesize an airborne cure for the zombies.
None of them would die provided nothing went wrong.
If a random one of them went crazy, Batman would take them out. Again, he has all that time to prep, and the others would agree to trust each other implicitly in order to make it through this crisis. Batman, being Batman, would immediately begin putting together a way to take them out if need be, say if they were infected. In the event it was BATMAN who went crazy, it'll go down one of two ways: He'll either hide this and take them out one by one, taking out the heavy hitters of Luke and Spidey first, disabling Hawkeye's arrows, and then taking on Steve whose now alone. Or, he'll just go nuts, and Pete will kill him, having been hardened by the events of the zombie apocalypse.
