Team : Captain America, Hawkeye, Spider-Man, Luke Cage and Batman.

Setting: New York City.

1. How long would each member last?

2. Who would die first, and who would survive the longest?

3. If each member went insane and a fight to the death broke out, who would prevail? And whoever wins, would they survive the rest of the Apocalypse by themselves?

Assuming the Zombies need to break skin to infect, Luke Cage is never dying.

@Glitch_in_the_System: Cage can still have his diamond-hard skin to fight against zombies and the other members,

but if a zombie manages to grab and bite him, he gets infected the same as everyone else does.

If we're talking about Walking Dead Zombies

Luke Cage would probably live the longest. Super-strength and Titanium level skin pretty much means he can walk through a city full of zombie and clean it out, nothing going to stop him. After that Spider-Man will live the longest with Cap, Bats and Hawkeye living about the same time.

They all retreat to the Batcave, which is warded with the best tech money can by and the best magic the Justice League has at it's disposal. Batman being Batman, he probably has enough supplies to hold out for a good decade or so, sustaining up to around nine people, including himself. Usually, these supplies would have been held in reserve for Nightwing, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Damian, Alfred, Barbara Gordon, Selina Kyle, and Cassandra Cain. Given that in this scenario, all of those people are dead, these supplies can be reallocated for the teams use. And that's a decade of prep for Batman, with his Cave and Pete's scientific background to help synthesize an airborne cure for the zombies.

None of them would die provided nothing went wrong.

If a random one of them went crazy, Batman would take them out. Again, he has all that time to prep, and the others would agree to trust each other implicitly in order to make it through this crisis. Batman, being Batman, would immediately begin putting together a way to take them out if need be, say if they were infected. In the event it was BATMAN who went crazy, it'll go down one of two ways: He'll either hide this and take them out one by one, taking out the heavy hitters of Luke and Spidey first, disabling Hawkeye's arrows, and then taking on Steve whose now alone. Or, he'll just go nuts, and Pete will kill him, having been hardened by the events of the zombie apocalypse.

They would all survive, rescue as many survivor's as they could and inevitably wipe out all zombie's on Earth. These are hyper competent individual's and any one of them could take down a group of zombie's with a bag of rock's. It's hard enough for normal men to lay a finger on them so what chance do mindless zombie's have when they can pick and choose when they fight.

Spider-man lives the longest. His mobility, spider sense, and webshooters make him damn near untouchable.

Luke Cage's durability and strength keep him going far longer than the rest.

Batman comes in third due to gadgets and resources.

Captain America comes in 4th thanks to his stats and shield.

Hawkeye comes in last because he doesn't have the stats to keep up.

Spider-man is fast enough and strong enough to subdue everyone here, so he'll win the all out brawl. Luke Cage is strong and durable but ultimately he could never lay a hand on Spidey while Spider-man could web him up and then take him to the top of the empire state building and throwing him off as many times as needed to kill him. Spider-man can take on Hawkeye, Captain America, and Batman all at once and win. Luke Cage is his only competition and he doesn't have the speed to touch Spidey.

@JonSmith: So far your answer seems the most likely.

If someone were to get infected it would probably be Cap. A zombie flanks Hawkeye and is closing in for the kill. Cap springs into action to save his teammate and in doing so allows himself to be infected. Later the grief and guilt would eventually drive Hawkeye mad, and he might end up dead too. Cage, Spidey, and Batman can absolutely survive, though.

@Pope052: Define the parameters. Are these heroes just dropped in a Zombie infested world? Or do they have access to their own tech Batcave etc....?

Luke Cage walks into the center of town and makes as much noise as possible. As no zombie has any chance of ever turning him.

When all the Zombies advance on him, Spider Man mops up all the Zombies around the edges and stays out of bite range, Hawkeye owns them from a distance, Captain America and Batman protect Hawkeye just in case.

Repeat tactic in every city they go to.

1. How long would each member last? Using my tactic, indefinitely.

2. Who would die first, and who would survive the longest? First to die would likely be Batman or Captain America. Both have range, but Hawkeye trumps them in that category, and Spidey/Luke have massive superiority to them in all aspects.

3. If each member went insane and a fight to the death broke out, who would prevail? And whoever wins, would they survive the rest of the Apocalypse by themselves? Probably Luke, too durable for them to compete with, especially without access to their technologies. He can survive in this Apocalypse indefinitely with his healing factor and his durability. Again, zombies cannot turn him.

Thanks for reading,
