Horus (warhammer 40k) vs hulk

Horus is post chaos amp.

Hulk starts fairly angry and is current.

Takes place in an unpopulated New York City.

Who wins and why?

(Sorry if this is a mismatch, I don't know an awful lot about Horus).

Pre or post chaos amp and which version of the Hulk?

horus has very powerful mindfuck and soulfuck but hulk is known to be quite resistant to that.

so its going to be power armor and chaos gods amped stats vs someone who gets stronger with anger. horus is also much much more intelligent, skilled, agile, fast, experienced and well trained. he is warmaster of a gigantic warlike empire for a reason.

i say gods amping is enough to achieve a KO.

IIRC emperor vs horus were hitting each other with force equivalent to the mass of a star.

Hulk has not chance to win. Horus and Emperor of Mankind were hitting each other with sun level in power Psy Attacks and Soul attacks, and both mental and soul attacks were happening at once while they fought physically with molecule parting weapons at the same time! Horus himself casually raped Primarch Sanguiness who would give Hulk a fight.

Actually while the star mass level warp attacks are correct, the fact is Hulk gets one shot by Molecule cuttng weapons that are power weapons anyway. He has shown to be weak to weapons like that.
