Yeah, but morals off for Parker Robins means that Dormammu takes complete possession of his body does it not?

Parker Robbins is a separate entity. Whether or not he has morals doesn't affect whether or not he is in control of his own body.

I think it was in one of the New Avengers issues (during Dark Reign), whereby he voluntarily allows Dormammu to take control of his body for a while because his gang was losing against the New Avengers.
