Assuming a good reality warper is using it.
The reality gem when use properly is going to be better at warping reality than Wanda, at least in the classic level.
Its the Chaos Wave and the destruction related to Chaos Wave that Reality Gem cant match.
If you really think about, Wanda's wrap was universe and she failed to depowered a lot of mutants.
A reality gem should be able to replicate and even better that.
Its the fact that the energy ripped out of 616 and formed a tsunami that tore apart the omniverse, thats likely something reality gem, even in classic days cant do.
