Odinforce Thor is essentially God just like Holy Spawn.... this is a very close fight in my mind but maybe I am mistaken.

God Spawn only became "God" when he actually merged with MoM. Aside from that, his own power was planet wide at best. If you're using both versions at their strongest, Spawn slaughters.
