Using current versions (And now I have to include Naruto in this too seeing as the next manga is out) will give an answer now but things can easily change. Particularly in Bleach given how often characters, Ichigo in particular again, get massive power ups or power downs. As of now, April 24, 2015, I believe the ranking is Naruto>Bleach>One Piece. Or, I suppose I should be more specific, Naruto>Ichigo>Luffy. I will explain the order. Instead of scans I will post links so people can visit the linked page and see context around it as well as find the same page from different sources that may contradict what I say.

I will work up from the bottom to show how the feats of the next person are better than the one before. So here we go with Luffy. Now, as I mentioned with power ups we haven't seen what gear 4th can do when pushed to its max. So again, showing what this can do or any additional power ups could mess with the order. But what they showed in the manga this day/Yesterday and everything before I think puts Luffy at the bottom of the list.

LUFFY

Destructive Capability: Luffy can kick some ass for sure. In general his DC is shown in more concentrated bursts. Even early on, non augmented, he was able to break Steel with his bare hands. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/one-piece/92.5/20/ Even his attacks are the same, focusing an immense amount of force in one point... or multiple points, but never a wide area. Luffy's best show of DC in my opinion can be one of two occurances. The fist in canon is on amazon Lily after the battle where Ace died. Where Luffy, who was assumedly on the brink of death was busting large boulders/ small mountains and the forest trees. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/one-piece/582.5/11/ This is pre time skip as well. the other best DC feat I can think of off the top of my head is on fishman island where Luffy is gradually destroying the giant ship Noah. Noah is shown to be hallf the size of fishman island During this Luffy is pretty well hurt as well and only gets through half or there aboutafter some elephant gattling. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/one-piece/645.5/4/ Again, gear fourth may prove to be even more powerful than gear third.

Speed: As Doffy had said in a previous chapter, Luffy has some pretty impressive speed. Pre time skip his gear second was overwhelming people with observation haki when previously they were easily reading his movements and toying with him. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/one-piece/520.5/5/ Which of course brings me to another point... Haki, observational haki to be specific. SOmething of an unfair edge it allows him to be able to predict and react to moves. As shown though it can be overwhelmed if the opponent is significantly faster.

Durability: Luffy might have this one for a few reasons. Of course first is the gum gum fruit giving him a certain amount og immunity to blunt force attacks. Not complete immunity I would be willing to bet, but I think enough to stand any normal hit fromNaruto or Ichigo. On top of that I would be willing to say Luffy has taken the worst beatings of the three and still come out on top. Looking back to destroying Noah, he had that large open wound and was still destroying half an island. This being said durability is going to do only a little if he can't hit or damage his opponents. Of course... I guess if we're using durability as what he can take without recieving damage that is pretty low save blunt force stuff

Energy Projection: Conqueror's Haki?... Not that it would do anything to the other two.

ICHIGO

First, a special note. Ichigo's current powers have done almost nothing, so I can't tell much from them. So far, best thing he has been able to do is take on the group that was beating on Kenny after he was kinda messed up from Gremmy. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/bleach/579/15/http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/bleach/583/13/ Well... namely the lightning chick. Soooooo... most feats will come from other forms of ichigo while assuming most attributes are higher in this new form.

Destructive Capability: Ichigo's DC shows itself best, in my opinion, against butterlyzen. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/bleach/421/6/ The final getsuga tenshou. Personally it looks to me to be a small mountain range in DC, though the depth of the crater created may make it more or less. At any rate, I would argue it is more powerful than anything Luffy has done even with the concentrated power of his . Speed: Ichigo, I believe, takes the cake in raw speed. His bankai, though not granting him a massive amount of power as it normally does with shinigami, allowed him a massive speed boost. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/bleach/163/14/ With his speed he casually merry go rounds his opponents to overwhelm them. Similarly, with Uluquiorra aftergoing full hollow he was able to outspeed him as well. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/bleach/351/10/ this being said he does not possess any kind of precognition, which puts him at a slight disadvantage to the other two. Is this enough to hit Luffy?I think so.

Energy Projection: Alright everybody, say it with me. Getsuga Tenshooooou! Yeah there's spirit crush but from what I can tell and in the spirit of the battle I don't think it will work on the other two.

NARUTO

Another special note. If We look at Naruto, since we have not seen many feats of him after this time skip we are stuck using what was shown EoS. Though we can probably take out any power he had gotten from the other tailed beasts or the Sage of Six Paths. So the best point to look at him at is when he had just befriended Kurama in my opinion. Assuming full control of using said powers of course.

Destructive Capability: Naruto's a beast... literally! With just Kurama he fires off mountain busting tailed beast bombs easily. Multiple at once. And of course Sage mode gives him enhanced stats. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/naruto/571/4/ These were not fired by naruto but show the average tailed beast bomb's power. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/naruto/571/13/ This one he did fire. And there's the whole nine tails cloak too... so yeah. Oh, and clones! can't forget those x.x

Speed: Naruto is a bit trickier to really give good speed feats. But Sage mode does give him a degree of precog. Not to the extreme that observation haki does, at least through battles, but it's there. With the tailed beast cloak before cooperating with kurama he was able to avoid A, the raikage http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/naruto/544/13/ And to give that substance A, the fourth raikage, was able to avoid amaterasu from sasuke, which is as fast as sasuke looking at something. http://www.mangaeden.com/en-manga/naruto/463/12/ Again, Ichigo may have raw speed on his side but with the precog as well naruto I think edges it out.

Durability: Tempted to bring up the moon slicing feat, but I haven't seen the movie so I'll bring up what I know. This is with Kurama buddy buddy with Naruto. He was able to use the kyubii cloak to block the ten tails tailed beast bomb. Energy Projection: Pretty much the master. Ninjutsu in general and the chakra cloak and tailed beast form. Puts naruto over the edge here way above the other two. Oh, and in sage mode he doesn't have to hit his opponent. Liek when fighting that one path of pain when he thought he doged naruto's punch.

Well, here is my rundown of the HST main characters. I know it's a monster of a read but I really really wanted to put effort into this. I'd love to debate anyone that thinks I got anything wrong. Once again powerups could change things since none of the series are over.

Amazing post! This is exactly what I wanted when I wrote the OP. But Naruto was stated to always have a piece of the tailed beasts inside him, and the Six Path's Chakra doesn't go away (evidenced at Sasuke's Rinnegan in The Last, without Six Path's Chakra, he doesn't have Rinnegan). So I think you should possibly re-evaluate that as he's definitely stronger than when he first befriended Kurama (Not to mention, when he did that, he only had Yang Kurama, as of The Last, he had complete Kurama). Here's a scan showing the Sage of Six Path's stating that a portion of their chakra will remain inside of Naruto:

It is implied that this chakra is not going anywhere, as he says Kurama will manage the meetings (Multiple, as well as future tense "Will"). If you don't want to edit your post that's fine. I just figured I'd help out a bit. I'm only a Naruto "expert" though so I don't know about the other series.

Power : Naruto > Bleach > One Piece

Versatility/hax : Naruto = Bleach > One Piece

Character designs : Bleach > Naruto > One piece

Quality : One Piece > Naruto > Bleach.

That's how I see it.

All out battle between these verses ... bleach is the winner. Too much hax. Respira is hax. Kyoka CAN Literally 1 ShoT ALL THE Other verses. Zommaris amor... it's just too crazy
