Holiday tournament: Street addition! [Closed]

Regulations:

• Random encounter
• Morals are standard
• Standard equipment
• All characters are at their standard states [Unless stated other wise]
• DC characters have access to Pre/New52 feats [Unless stated other wise.]
• Marvel characters are at their standard states [Unless stated other wise.]
• Time and reality manipulation are not allowed [I don't actually think any of the characters in this tourney do either of these.]
• Telepathy is limited to mind reading and for uses on your own team [Does not apply to fodder.]
• No mind or soul based assaults [Does not apply to fodder.]
• No mind control of any form [Does not apply to fodder.]
• Phasing and anything like it has a 4-minute limit with a 1 minute cool down
• No hacks abilities/ability that affect a character internally [Bombs inside the head, crushing someone with telekinesis, etc.]
• No teleport kills [Bomb under the feat, tele-dismemberment, teleporting behind someone and slashing there necks, etc.]
• Characters can only teleport themselves and their equipment
• Characters with past relationships will affect the outcome of the battle
• Characters must win by completing missions or killing, knocking out, or incapacitating their foes

No. Not really. He has some pretty striking feats. He was able to harm a guy who can withstand a continental explosion. He's strength is around 5 tons. His doors allow him to teleport anywhere. He has pocket nukes... Which I'll probably limit. [Though he doesn't really use them.] His battle computer can calculate dozens of scenarios at once [Thousands actually.] making it easy to predict his opponents moves.

@cmcmcmcm I hope you realize that Shadow can only affect fodder, and that you can only use feats from the first 31 issues of Spawn. Just saying.

If this opens back up, I wouldn't mind trying to take on a tourney. If it does, I'll take Savage Dragon... and that should be enough to be honest. I don't think I'll need any other points spent. Lol.

When did you start reading Savage Dragon my friend?

@cmcmcmcm: Been slowly building up from issue 1 for the past few months. I've been really kicking myself that I didn't start reading it a long time ago. It's a great series. I probably shouldn't use him in this tourney though. He's a bit much for street level. Each issue is basically 2 pages of set up, then 18-20 pages of him knocking out up to anywhere from 1 to 20 powerful super humans in a row. It's hardly ever just fodder either, it's all named characters that have their powers shown off later on throughout the series.

I do have a question though. What's the Holiday Theme? Lol.

No offense, but this looks like a normal tournament. Not a bad tournament by any means though, so don't take this as a complaint. :)

Holiday themed missions. [Saving Santa, protecting a Christmas tree, stealing presents, etc.] Also in regards to the Savage Dragon thing, I think your overplaying him just a-bit. He wouldn't hold against characters like Wolverine, Nemesis, and Backlash who already beat him. [And as I said, the tourney is mission based.] But that's just my opinion.

I'd love to, but I want to get a little further in the series before I do a CaV. I'll let you know when I'm a little further. It's taking me a while to read and make scans, because I'm also reading the tie-ins and spin-offs like Freak Force.

He would destroy those characters you listed, unless it's a cross-over outside of the Image Universe where his power levels need to fluctuate for plot reasons. That happened a lot to characters in the 90's. He's all of class 80 consistently though, and KO's characters more powerful then the ones you named in pretty much every issue. If he is in this tourney, I'd put him as a 9 or 10 pointer, and definitely not a 3 though.

Holiday themed missions sound cool. Should be a fun tourney. Tag me if you're looking for a voter, and I'll give a read if I have time.
