Hitman vs. Deadshot

Tommy gets his usual two guns and one grenade. Deadshot has standard gear. No Ace of Killers. Assume no outside interference from Batman, or the police, etc. In-character. No prep. Win by kill or ko. No BFR (not that it matters). Tommy is aware Deadshot is not a good guy.

The fight takes place in a shopping mall (there are bystanders). Starting distance of opposite ends. They each know the likeness of the other and that they are going to be at odds, but any further information must be either known previously or found out. Who and why?

@eisenfauste: He actually had a pretty good track record. Got stomped by the SAS but hey, that's hardly something to be embarrassed about.

Deadshot wins. He has better accuracy and can shoot a person that is standing on a rooftop without looking at them.

The Hitman has X-ray vision and telepathy?

@nefarious: Yes. Got them back in his debut when he survived Glonth extracting his spinal fluid.

Granted, it's minor telepathy (can read minds and deduce powers) and sometimes he forgets to use it.

Fun fact: Hitman tried out for the League knowing he'd be rejected just so he could use his x-ray vision on Wonder Woman,
