@ChaosBlazer: He can read minds and it gives him a headache if he does it too much.
Limited precognition.
Well Piledriver is bulletproof so it will be a little harder for Hitman to hurt him with guns. I think if Hitman can get close enough to hurt Piledriver with a blade he can win. He is definitely a much better fighter than Piledriver, so he should win.
If Piledriver is bulletproof how come Hawkeye managed to hurt him with an arrow? I'm sure he's resistant though.
(Or maybe I put too much stock into HeroClix bios)
@The_Last_Son_of_Czarnia: he's bulletproof to small-caliber bullets. Nothing to big. If this is a steel arrow from a powerful bow it can probably pierce otherwise bulletproof skin. Bullets aren't as hard as steel arrows, which is why something very dense can be bulletproof.
@jashro44: Fair enough. But I've heard he's not the only street to give the 'Crew members trouble.
And are his eyes bulletproof?

Well hawkeye does have trick arrows so maybe that why the arrow pierced him
Bullets (non-armor-piercing) deform when hitting bulletproof materials. Arrows do not deform as readily because the heads are typically made with steel with a point which focuses the force on a very small area which is why Hawkeye's arrow pierced Piledriver's leg. An arrow will penetrate a bulletproof vest easily (unless it has a trauma plate) while a regular .44 slug will not.
