Giving this to hitgirl, batman wouldn't want to hurt a teenie pop girl and she doesn't have batman's 1-rule to hold her back.

Her fighting ability is extremely impressive and lethal so batman just couldn't man-handle her, and since he would hold back he would lose.

Chirstian Bale's Batman was trained by Ra's and all but through the three movies he never showed us to be a quick fighter who amazes you with his H2H skills,while Hit-Girl was fast,skilled and pretty good with blades.

I'm giving this to Hit-Girl.

Bale. His suit is bullet proof and he aim dodged bullets in TDKR. It protects against knives in most areas IIRC. And while Hit Girl was more visually impressive, she didn't really do much Batman couldn't. IIRC other than Mother Russia, D'mico, and Black Death, she didn't fight anyone who wasn't just some random goon and out of those three, she gotten beaten up by two and the one she did beat didn't have much feats other than beating Chris D'mico IIRC, something Kick-Ass could do. Batman's 12 guys in 20 seconds feat in Batman Begins should put him above her in combat speed. Then he has the physical advantage over her. It'd be close but as long as he doesn't underestimate her, Batman should win a small majority IMO.

Hit girl wins. Only because of her equipment. Any comic version of Batman would obliterate her, though

Batmans armor is also vulnerable to knives.

Hit-Girls got the weapons to bypass his suit. Not to mention shes faster and more skilled.

@jedixman: When Mindy fought the crime boss at the end, she didn't have any of her weapons, which is what she specializes in. She got overpowered. She has her weapons here.

By "get stomped by most", you must mean only loses to Batman or Ras in H2H. With his gun there's no reason for him to not just shoot everyone.

Batman. Has more impressive feats. I'm pretty sure that he could stealth her or bypass her guns like he did against the SWAT team and Crane's goons in Batman Begins.

This. He doesn't need to be a bullet-timer to take her out via stealth.

And there's no way she's beating him close quarters.

@liqmidiq: @rogueshadow: In Kick-Ass, Hit-Girl snuck into the warehouse where they were going to Kill Kick-Ass and Big daddy, Killed the lights and showed great stealth using Night vision to go COD on their asses. Then with instructions from Big Daddy, used great tactics such as Miss-Direction with the flashing light. IMO i think the whole movie of Kick-Ass proved Hit-Girl and Big Daddy to be masters of Strategy and tactics.

Batman can maybe close any potential gap, however he might not because Batman hasn't really dealt with a strong marksman yet.

The hell Hit-Girl is consistently a LOT more skilled than Batman. Mindy was precise enough to tie up a mans hands with a chainspear and make him shoot himself; and technically adept enough to overcome the fact that she is a 10 year old girl fighting grown ass men with fireams.

Show me any scene of Batman overcoming dozens of opponents 3 times her weight, and twice her height. For perspective, she faces in EVERY opponent, a larger physical gap than DD faces against Fisk.

The gap in overall combat ability is skewed hugely in Mindy's favor for that simple fact.

But the lights haven't been killed and Mindy doesn't have night-vision here.

While utilising sonar, Batman was able to take out multiple SWAT teams, defeat multiple criminals and save the hostages simultaneously. All without killing a single person.

Nolan Batman's tactical intelligence is one of the most underrated aspects of the character. That said, Batman doesn't have sonar here either.
