At first I was surprised at the number of votes Silva is getting, but then I remembered this is the same forum that thinks Bruce Lee could take on 10+ thugs at once (no offense but a bit too out of touch with reality). Taking out a hallway of 10 armed men and dodging bullets after they're fired is beyond human. Anderson Silva dies and he dies horribly.

Yeah. He wouldn't fight a girl. Even that one, duder. I'm not saying he's going to win because that little girl is a monster.

She's good, but it was already proven in the movie that someone who is competent in hand to hand fighting AND a grown man could beat her. She would have died at the end was it not for Kick-Ass with a rocket launcher. I think the fight would be close, but Silva is a good enough fighter to beat her if it's just hand to hand.

Well Frank Da'mico wasin't just a topical mobster.He knew how to fight and if you watched the film he was training while his son(Red Mist) was in the room with him and it showed the he was a black belt of some kind of martial arts..

Right, he's at least a black belt in something. And in the end he most certainly would have killed Hit Girl, since he already bested her in hand to hand. Anderson Silva has hit champion status before, showing that he can at least fight on that level. And once again when it comes down to it, if they're both competent fighters like Da'mico and Hit Girl are, Grown man > Little Girl. That's really all I'm trying to say.

But she was handling her own through the fight but when she got thrown on the table thats when it got ugly for her,but still She was dodging bullets,showing tremendous speed and accuracy with her fighting,doing all type of crazy flips and kicks..

I'm not denying she did any of that, it was pretty cool to see. What I'm saying though is that she lost to a grown man who could actually fight, despite all her showings just before that. And really in that whole scene only like 3 people really shot at her, she shot most of them and killed them before they had a chance to fire, and they didn't all fire at once, so it would be easy to dodge the aim of a gun considering her training. I'm going off topic a bit though. The point I'm making is that Da'mico still beat her, in hand to hand combat. All the feats she had prior to that fight didn't seem to help her at all. So I can see Silva winning this since he's also a competent fighter, a grown man with superior strength to a little girl, and her speed just wouldn't be enough to beat him hand to hand, as seen with Da'mico.

In Purely H2H Silva would stomp. She isn't strong enough. Now you give her one weapon... even a crappy one... and she will stomp him. she is brutal and crafty but with just H2H she would lose. Watch the end of kickass. Silva > Frank Dimiko > Hitgirl at H2H.

@mee09: hit girl loses but not by so much. This is win by KO or death. So assuming there aren't rules, there's no such thing as cheating. She would immediately go for groin strikes, eye gouging, strikes to the back of the head and spine, etc. silva won't be able to use much of his bjj. Cause hit girl will bite or attack the groin. So he has to be more careful and use his kickboxing. He wouldn't be used to fighting dirty. He will probably knock her out, but it won't be that easy for him.
