Anyways, Kakashi takes this. Hisoka does not exactly have any counter against genjutsu (not sure about recent events.Haven't seen the manga in over 3 years) and even if he counters his genjutsu, Kakashi has over 1000 jutsus to utilize to his favor.

About the actual fight,I would say Hisoka would win due to his pleasure/resistance to pain,his agility and the Bungee Gum.
Oh yeah, forgot about his Bungee Gum (like I said, haven't seen the manga in over like 3 years due to the constant hiatus I gave up on it). Well as OP stated, they have some knowledge of each others skills so Kakashi will already prepare a plan to counter it.

Do you have a dislike for the Naruto anime? It seems that you always go against them. I don't know much about this Hisoka guy to give this a good debate. But just because Hisoka is physically superior doesn't mean he could beat someone like Kakashi. If you judge Naruto anime characters by physical abilities than they will always lose....because of the fact that naruto characters are severely lacking in the physical strength, speed, and durability that other anime characters have.

I just watched about three fights of Hisoka and I don't think he stands even the slightest chance against kakashi....his bungee gum would be a problem...but kakashi has kamui and other things. For all Hisoka know, he would be fighting a shadow clone while the real kakashi come from up under ground and give him a lightning blade thru his heart. Hisoka relies too much on physical abilities to beat someone as versatile as kakashi. Its interesting to watch him fight. But in a serious battle against kakashi....I don't see him taking a majority at all. Especially with all the different techniques that Kakashi can use in a moments notice.
@lowlaville well i guess Hisoka doesn't have chakra. I don't know how exactly strong Hisoka is, can u say how? I think Kakashi is strong enough. @ghost_rider1Yes Kakashi don't have the stamina, but that's the case if he's using the sharingan, it drain's his energy fast. I love both animes.
I have both read the HxH manga and watched both versions of anime..
And I for the life I me I can't remember anything about Hisoka other then his Sticky gum powers, and the fact that he is a clown that likes Gon a little to much.
You people have got to be f*cking kidding me, HxH is my favorite shounen anime but honestly, Hisoka gets his @$$ stomped by Kakashi. Hatake's too versatile.
@utkanflash: WRONG! Meurem or Enraged Gon are strongest. And their feats aren't baseless, i bet even Naruto would have hard time with these two, especially Gon's Jajanken.
Hisoka takes this simply because he has nen. There was no chakra/nen equalizing therefor, Kakashi gets overwhelmed by Ren. If there were, i'd still give it to Hisoka because he is the goddamn Hisoka.
@infurius: MY wrong .... I meant human chars... Strongest human is netero.. And Adult Gon is temporarly p-up thats it.. And Meruem is nothing for Naruto's Top 20-25 Chars ..
Kakashi can tricked him and catch off guard.. Naruto chars is not brawlers like One Piece or DBZ.. They have skillset and powerset with a mixed way. ..
Why kakashi overwhelmed by Ren ? He is not some HXH char... Every battle shounen series has some main power bundle.. like haki, like reiatsu, like nen, like chakra, like ki ??
Hisoka can be overwhelmed by a raiton bunshin or kamui or chidori ??
Kakashi is my favorite anime character. But hisoka takes this pretty easily. How you ask?....use Ren to suffocate him to death as he doesn't know ten. Gg.
