Probably H'el due to time travel, however this would be more interesting without that allowed.

Hiro Kala has more raw power but H'El is more versatile and physically superior. I'll side with H'El.

@hammer_of_j2: People always assume I'm saying he wins via BFR, I'm saying he just changes the battlefield and beats their @$$ with the sun amp.

Is hiro-kala at full power? When he fought hulk he was more or less completely drained of energy, yet was still capable of tugging Kai and battling hulk at the same time.

The Old Power may give Hiro a slight edge.

@micah: near enough, and that was when he was pretty much completely drained of energy. He invented something called the 'new power', it was the power cosmic combined with the old power and he was extremely powerful with it. When he fought hulk he'd already used up all his power cosmic and was on the last reserves of his oldpower.
