if your talking about shipudden when sakura has super strength then hinata is more powerful too because she can make chakra come out of her hands there like swords so she could hit her from a distance and in shipudden hinata doesnt have trouble cutting of someones chakra

whoever is more powerful, i think that both of them could win. sakura could hit the ground and knock hinata off balance before hinata could hit her long range. then sakura could get in close and hit her.
