Yes which is why I gave Hinata two but in the war Sakura did get a decent speed feat where she caught up to a Juubi clone when she sent it flying Hinata didn't really get any speed feats during the war but had it not been for that feat I'd have given the last round to Hinata because she probably would have been able to disable Sakura before she landed a hit

Well, Hinata can win rounds 1 and 2, but Sakura wins 3 since she's stronger than Hinata.

Hinata in all three, Hinata is fully capable of stopping chakra flow in her body, we have no reason to believe Sakura's healing technique is exempt from this.

Sakura scored herself an Ultra-rare, The last survivor of his clan, with a capture level of 9001 : Uchiha Sasuke.

Unfortunately, Hinata's Naruto was an Uzumaki crossbreed with some fodder Namikaze clan. Whereas Sakura's Sasuke is a 100% pureblood Uchiha.

I don't remember too much from the war, but against Sasori she was pretty damn impressive (the parts where Chiyo wasn't controlling her at least).

R1: hinata, if shes not in character that is, since the given situation is - chuunin exams, Naruto is watching, sakura is naruto's crush, hinata knows that, she wouldn't want to upset Naruto, so she'd probably just pretend to be defending herself while sakura would be throwing punches. Naruto would root for sakura and that would destroy hinata, sakura would get some punches in. if those factors are removed, hinata should win.
R2: Sakura in a good fight, since hinata cant close chakra points.
R3: Sakura, because in short, shes basically superior.
