Standard Gear is just that, Standard. Anything they used more than twice, and have access to currently is standard. Vehicles are limited to Bikes, or Horses.
All characters are current. Unless a current character is Overpowered or Depowered from their norm. Example, Hellverine was Overpowered, and Cornellverine is Depowered. So we stick to average Wolverine.
Psychics and Soul Manipulators will play a role, but can only dominate mentally one person at a time. They can also affect a whole group as well with mental illusions, or mental pains. They cannot however mind rape a group, or mentally/soul KO anyone.
Teledismemberment is not allowed. No reality warping or time manipulation. Cannot Summon anything larger than a building.
Characters over Hypersonic are limited to Hypersonic. Most of these characters are arguable of being Hypersonic plus by some feats, and not by others. So just hypersonic (Mach 5) is the ruling.
Every Team will have access to Wiki info on opponents.

1. SHADOW CLONES: shadow clones are narutos signature move. shadaw clones looks exactly like the user.. can't be distinguished what so ever.. they have same physical abilities to strike as the user... user can control the shadow clones as they like, experiences what the shadow clones experiences. (pain to shadow clones doesn't bother the user).. but if they get hit hard.. the shadow clone vanishes..
shadow clone technique requires huge ammount of chakra from users body (u can compair chakra with energy or stamina of the body).. multishadow clone technique requires even more so.. normal person will were out soon using shadow clones too much.. but as an uzumaki clan member.. naruto has huge chakra reserve.. and if that fails.. naruto has a demon nine tailed fox sealed inside him. known as kyuubi.. he can tap the kyuubi chakra.. which is vertually endless.. thus allowing naruto.. endless supply of chakra. it is stated.. that naruto can create and mentain roughly 1000 shadow clones atonce.
2. RASENGAN: it's the big gun of naruto's arsenal. rasengan is made out of pure chakra.. concentrating on a point of the palm, revolving in both clockwise and anticlockwise (imagine it as a compressed tornado in the palm of the hand.. within a size of a baseball).. when it hits the enemy... it spins the enemy..and sends it flying (if it's very lightweight, like kabuto in the picture).. it destroyes the part it touches... . it's also shown to create a hurricane and whirlpull by using rasengan.. though naruto need an extra clone to create rasengan, by using superior chakra reserve.. naruto can create giant rasengan (10 times size of a soccerball) .. what rasengan hits.. it crushes.. it's the killer blow.

3. SUPERIOR DURABILITY: in part one.. naruto was called 'the number one hyperreactive knuckleheaded ninja' .. because.. like a typical shonen main character.. naruto doesn't know how to give up...no matter how much he's hurt.. or dipped in poison.. or close to death.. he allways comes back for fight.. and his unlimited supply of chakra and superior healing power.. supports this trait fully.. thus taking his durability to another level.
4. ENHANCED STRENGTH: whenever naruto taps into nine tails chakra.. it gives him enhanced strength.. though it's not inhuman strength.. but it's superior than other ninjas in his class
5. HEALING POWER: as naruto has a demon fox inside his body.. naruto has quick healing power.. his cuts and bruises heals quickly (though nowhere near wolverine lvl of healing).
6. UZUMAKI BARRAGE : it's a technique naruto learned by copying sasuke's lion barrage technique.. where he tosses up the opponent in the air .. and then strike them down from top. though.. naruto isn't fast as sasuke... so he uses his shadow clones instead of quick movements to perform the attack.

7. SUPERIOR REACTION SPEED: though naruto isn't hyperfast like sasuke or lee or neji.. or even kiba (in the above video).. but he have great reaction speed against them... he have fought both sasuke and lee at their top speed.. and as he taps to nine tailes chakra.. his speed and reaction time both increases drastically, also he can attack an enemy from underground.
8. NINE TAILS FORM: when the nine tails slips out of naruto.. then he turn into some kind of half demon.. more tails it grows, more berserk it goes and more speed and power it gets.. though it injures naruto's body in the end.
9. SUMMONING: naruto can summon toads... chief toad gamabunta.. and his two sons gamakichi and gamatatsu. gamabunta is a building sized warrior toad with great agility and skill.. can spill oil from his mouth and lit it by the pipe in his mouth
10. STANDARD SHINOBI ABILITIES: shinobis (ninjas) in general in narutoverse have some abilities that puts them in a very high spot.
average shinobi is faster and have superior strength than standard marvel or dc characters (their speed compairable to spiderman's).
concentrating chakra below their feet or hand.. they can walk virtically to walls, walk or run on water etc.
physical abilities are superior to standard dc or marvel characters, they all jump very high also... 13 year olds can jump through buildings.
transformation technique allows shinobis to transform to look like any person... or even a non living object.
as a shinobi.. they are master in stealth (can practically dissolve in shadows), combat, and accuracy
they carry standard shinobi tools with them. 12-15 kunai knives, 15-20 shurikens, 3-4 scrolls, roughly 200 peperbombs (seals written in a piece of paper.. which explodes at it's users will), metal wires... etc.
first pictures are about walking anywhere using chakra concentration, then after that the trasformation techniques, then last images are of ninja tools, kunai, shuriken and paperbomb.
NEJI HYUUGA
the genius of hidden leaf village... and member of the strongest clan of the village, the hyuuga clan. this 14 year old boy is able to do techniques which even grown up elite ninjas of his clan can't perform... lee with all his forbidden gate techniques still thinks neji as his ultimate opponent.. and later in the story he developed such technique that only he was shown to do.
ABILITIES
byakugan- unique technique of hyuuga family, and one of the three eye powers of narutoverse. byakugan is called the all seeing eye.. because it literally provides a 360 degree enhanced x-ray vision, telescopic view (neji can scan upto 800 meters), enebles to see opponent through chakra (can imagine it like stamina or energy of the body) or body heat (so invisibility doesn't work against him), enebles to break any kind of genjutsu on the user (tp doesn't work on him), can see the chakra points of anyone's body (i.e pressure points or nerve points).
gentle fist technique- fighting style of the hyuuga clan. it has many kind of attacks.... chakra blocking... as byakugan can see the chakra points. gentle fist can pinpoint attack those points and blocks the chakra path (much like pressure point attacks).. so upon blocking them opponents body parts becomes invalid.. and also.. gentle fist technique doesn't damage the body from out side.. it damages from inside.. and user of neji's caliber can stop opponents heart by one serious strike..... kaiten (rotation in english dub).. it is the ultimate defense technique of hyuugas and one of the strongest in narutoverse.. only grown up elite hyuugas can perform.. yet neji at 14 years age can perfectly perform it.... palm techniques are the technique which hyuugas use to strike down the opponent fast.. by simultaneously attacking same spots of chakra points between fraction of second.... and the tempo increases like 2palms.. 4palms... 8 palms.. 16 palms.. 32 palms... the more skilled ninja.. the more palms they can put at once.. elite hyuuga can perform 64 palms.. while neji later in the series has shown to perform 128 palms (only one shown to do so in the narutoverse).. and neji can also cut through object by his hands. even can send chakra wave from a through a string to damage opponent from long distance.
combat speed- neji has hypersonic combat speed (haven't shown anything like that on travel speed).. when he taps into 128 palms.. all the surroundings looks frozen and super fast attacks looks like moving in super slow motion.
The flame alchemist and all around badass this guy is without a doubt the most ( excluding father and maybe Ed's dad) powerful alchemist in FMA why? two words
Fire Power just by snapping his fingers he can create a flame anywhere
with Pin point accuracy ,on top of that
Big booms to put this in perspetive Envy has super regen and it took the combined forces of Ed, Al, Scar, 2 chimera, a renjustu user, and doctor marcoh to fight him and even then it took Marcoh pulling out an anti pholsaher stone trick to pull out a win Roy on the other hand
is a In universe acknowledged spite stomp that speaks volumes of his skill
the next is Rock Lee
of the Hidden leaf 11 Lee is the undisputed master of Tijutsu ( physical combat) because of this he extremely fast and strong even by Naruto standards.
How fast and strong well lets look at a tired pre shupuden Lee
he runs around with those weights on him for days , hell with those weights on he was speed blitzing Saske with them off
Not even garas sand which reacts to point blank explosions automatically can keep up and thats after weeks in the forest of death and exhausted while Gara has had nothing but rest
now lets take a look at an interesting dynamic for this fight Lee vs neji
you see neji and Lee have fought off panel and neji has won but that was both pre time skip and with weights on in this fight he can pull out his trump card as he attained it for the express purpose of beating neji

Another FMA character Greedling is a Homunculus a human construct that is powered by a philosopher stone this gives him isain regeneration and the ability to recovor from being killed with very little inconvenience. t
here are 2 reasons why he will be near impossible to kill frist off is his power the ultimate shield
this power reaanges the carbon around his body to covor his entire body in diamond hard armor allowing him to no sell everything except maybe Naruto's rasengan which might cause him some discomfort
the second is the fact that he has all the skill of Ling who is a super human martial artist so his skill is far in excess of Naruto's
Stratagem
Lee goes all out on Neji with a high speed combo that Neji can't block taking him from play
Greed and Roy go after naruto
Roy can use wide AOE flames to take care of any lareg number of cloans Naruto may use
Greed will get up in naruto's face and function as a meat shield for Roy
and in character Naruto only brings in rasengas and shadow clones ( unless you can find a fight for him summoning Giant toads when not confronted with a giant monster
naruto will create shadow clones as much as he can (according to wiki, it's around 1000 clones) .. and all will transform into neji.. naruto can do this with ease.. like this :D
now .. neji can see your team members with ease .. due to byakugan view (with which he can x-ray scan upto 800 meters)... so all the 1000 'nejis' will enter that mansion in the map and stay hidden.. like behind doors, up the ceiling, under the tables, beds, behind artifacts.... one of the fake neji will go near door and lure your members in (naruto is very deceptive with his shadow clones).. as per your strategy.. lee will spam gates.. and crash into 'neji'.... as he is the fastest in your team, he'll come in fast.. and he will hit the clone hard.. and it will vanish (now observe.. lee has allready started his gates here).. this whole thing.. neji will watch from close by.. and as soon as lee enters and hits the clone, neji confronts him in a duel (this outcome given below)...
as my team has wiki knowledge of your team .. naruto knows about roy's aoe fire .. and greed's shielding capability ... his shadow clones will lure greeding away from roy by letting him hit few shadow clones (greeding isn't a team player to roy.. remember team work matters.. he won't stick to the plan.. if he sees he can take this one easy).. and as soon as greeding goes away from roy, naruto confronts roy to a duel (out come given below).... and when both duels ends.. neji and naruto himself confronts greeding in fight.. and all bangs him hard :D

combat speed of neji is hypersonic.... in this combat division, he can certainly compete with gates lee... when he taps into 128 palms ... everything around him looks frozen, and superfast attacks looks like moving in slow motion...and he can track lee with ease too .. due to his byakugan.. neji never had and never will have any problem beating lee in a h2h combat.

and once juuken connects.. it's all over for lee. it disrupts the heart function (neji delivered juuken to that big spider too in the above video.. one shotting it... at 2:40 mins of that video)
conclusion: lee exhausts himself too quick after using gates.. and thus gets defensless. lee doesn't have the means to finish neji during his 'short' gates state...neji has the speed and techniques (like.. if he uses kaiten.. lee won't be able to go near neji).. to hang out with lee in his gates states for sure (neji is not gaara.. and he has one of the 'eyes' that lee admires)... and more over.. he has his devastating gentle fist techniques.. which lee has feared for long.. during his fight with gates lee.. or after lee exhausts himself.. neji will land his blows (like juuken or palm techniques) .. and will finish lee off.

as soon as the clones lures greeding away (possibly outside of the mansion), naruto gets serious on roy... as i said to u before .. naruto isn't only bringing his shadow clones and rasengan here... u're right.. in character naruto won't summon gamabunta if he isn't fighting a huge opponent .. but u're forgetting something.. in character naruto WILL use this.. if he gets serious in a fight..
this is the kn0 and kn1 .. the basic kyuubi modes... he's clearly hypersonic in speed.. two tomoe sharingan couldn't see him clearly (with 2 tomoe sharingan .. sasuke could see those movements which were invisible to naked eye.. and sasuke were only able to track naruto after he developed three tomoe sharingan).. devastating damage capability... could easily destroy a normal human in one hit.. even produces powerful shockwaves during attacks (see at the very end of the video)... almost hulk like durability .. means .. he never phases even against strong attacks which should phase him (look at how he shruggs away sasuke's fire jutsus with power demonstration).. he has inhuman strength.. ignores cuts and burns completely .. thus he's immune to pain at this state... the ninetails chakra shroud around his body(red chakra) protects him from attacks in this state.. can reach long and grab or destroy his opponent using nine tails red chakra .. and lastly, his rasengan is superstrong and big .. due to he makes it using the powerful nine tails chakra.

conclusion: i don't even have to write this .. roy won't stand a chance against kyuubi naruto..he won't even get time to hit naruto... in less that few fraction of second, naruto will blitz and one shot roy by either thrashing him by body hit .. or crushing him by that rasengan (shown in the end)..... and as kyuubi partially controlling naruto, he won't have any problem doing that (he isn't completely killing off him)..............
after quickly finishing roy, .. naruto will find and hit greeding (i don't think neji vs lee fight will end this quick).... as just like this fight.. greeding won't be able to see naruto .. naruto will just keep thrashing him up untill he gets unconscious... it's soooo easy.
Nice play but it has a few fundamental problems that I am going to exploit here

There is a reason Naruto never used that mode with a large number of cloans the consumption rate would be absurd even for him . Basically Naruto gets KO'ed before he can even fight and if he does it will not last long at all
second the massive number of bunshin are well not going to live very long due to the massive AOE Roy has here is the bad thing about shadow bunshin and why the jutsu was originally designed for infiltration. they take so much as a scratch and they go boom and they take their part of the caster chakra with them
thirdly the transformation jutsu Naruto's fighting style is completely different to neji's and kind of given away by the red glow you are havening them put up ... that's not tricking anyone and again that's the transformation jutsu x1000 Naruto just cast that is going to take a toll
fourthly the knowledge goes both ways 1000 nejis running around is kinda suspicious and Lee knows all about Naruto as well and will have warned his team about that he see's 1000 nejis ( all in a red glow) he is going to know something is up

No just no where the hell did you get this from the fastest thing he blocked was an arrow. the whole flash thing is an art shift not a time stopping in fact the Byakugan's only power in this case is his field of vision it allows him to see and react to attacks from all angles that's it that's the reason why Lee trained a single High speed combo attack although Neji's field can see the attack Neji's reflexes can't that's why he has the spin technique because something he just can't doge or deflect

not even close Neji is not a high tier Naruto fighter in speed he has skill and the ability to see at range but that is it he is nowhere near the high tier of speed
more over Lee specializes in speed and nothing else trying to fight Lee in CIC is suicide he is a tijutsu specailsit and he is one of the fastest in Gate form in fact the character with the fastest speed in the entire Naruto verse is Guy who is.... wait for it..... a Tijutsu specialist
So don't make clames like Neji is one of the fastest naruto charicters there are tons of characters that could walk circles around him

again you seem to think your team has unlimited stamina they don't kaiten is basically a moving wall of chakra he has to constily emit chakra to use it this puts a big burden on neji that is the reason why he only uses it sparingly because he can't spam it

that's nice and all but Lee uses Chakra to remove limit's on his body meaning that besides his brain he doesn't use any chakra at all so it will have limited effectiveness and Lee has already experienced this technique so he is well aware of the danger's it posses

1) that is a different technique look at the hand it is flat no poking involved it was more akin to a knife hand then the technique you where referring to
2) the spider in question was not an animal rather either a summon or a web construct as it exploded rater then die

mid air combo once neji is in the air it is all over he is nowhere near as durable nor as heavy a sing kick will send him flying and the following combo will devastate neji
neji can't use his 128 palms technique as it requires good footing to use
neji can't use Kiten in the air either do there being nothing to push against and he will have no control over it
Lee on the other hand will be landing a vicious combo that will reduce Neji to a quivering wreck
Conclusion: Lee has trained for the solo purpose to "surpass neji "where as neji has no interest in Lee at all and it shows as Lee's techniges are the perfect counter to Neji's Byakugan

you didn't understand? they won't see an army of clones.. and the clones won't even gather in front of them to let the attack with aoe flame.... lee will see only ONE neji behind the doors as i said in my strategy.. so there's no reason for him not to smap gates and follow him inside as per your strategy.

he won't see an army in front of him .. but only few clones .. which he can (and as i said he will be able to) hit and destroy.. so as per his character, he will chase them away.. hell why he'll stick to roy if he thinks he can destroy the enemy with ease? .. he doesn't even like him (teamwork does matters here.. which u clearly don't have).

lol... u answered your own question... he didn't used it before.. because he couldn't went past kn0 mode before.. but after his fight with sasuke in the final valley.. he activated his kn1 mode .. and ever since anytime he goes kn0 mode.. he most certainly goes kn1 mode if the fight cracks up higher.. because kyuubi gets control of naruto at that time... and he does gets bloodlusted after this.

roy won't be SEEING naruto to do ANYTHING at all .. naruto will blitz and one shot him before he can react.. and why are u trying to say things which in character roy doesn't use? .. has he ever done something like that before?

first of all ... neji IS one of the fastest naruto characters
what u are saying about is chunin arc neji speed (i.e when he fought naruto in the tournament).. that is the FIRST datas in the data book .. and what we are getting here is the pre shippuden states .. and that is the SECOND datas in the databook...
please see the taijutsu and speed section of the second entry of the databook (bolded)...
these databooks are canon.. and the states are given by kishimoto (author of naruto) himself.
what are u saying about the flashy thing being special effect?! .. as gates are lees special technique which allows him to react superfast.. palm techniques are also neji's special techniques which allows him to react fast... the showing in this video isn't a special effect.. it is the actual showing of how neji sees the world frozen around when he taps into hyperspeed.

please.... don't compare lee taijutsu with neji's .. lee and guy only has high speed taijutsu based on brute force... they are no where near perfect techniques of gentle fist taijutsu .. and based on that .. hyuugas are said to be the strongest clan in their village...
even guy and kakashi said that themselves.. and look how many people envies him
again you seem to think your team has unlimited stamina they don't kaiten is basically a moving wall of chakra he has to constily emit chakra to use it this puts a big burden on neji that is the reason why he only uses it sparingly because he can't spam it
neither does your team.. lee's gates are the fastest way to get rid of his reserved stamina.. it burns out lee's stamina faster than anything.
that's nice and all but Lee uses Chakra to remove limit's on his body meaning that besides his brain he doesn't use any chakra at all so it will have limited effectiveness and Lee has already experienced this technique so he is well aware of the danger's it posses
it's the dumbest thing in your whole post... removing chakra limits means nothing except his brain needs chakra anymore?! .. really? (-_-)... and what'll awareness do? .. he'll still feel the same pain as he would if he didn't had awareness.
1) that is a different technique look at the hand it is flat no poking involved it was more akin to a knife hand then the technique you where referring to
2) the spider in question was not an animal rather either a summon or a web construct as it exploded rater then die

1) no .. which attack i said on the spider.. and which neji delivered to hinata are the same juuken attack (delivered with flat palm)
2) yes .. summoned animals are real animals.. if u follow naruto u'll know.. which i think u does.
practicing means he'll be able to withstand juuken hit? .. really? .. please tell me what COUNTER did he came up with? ... how he practiced to strengthen his inner body?
conclusion
mid air combo once neji is in the air it is all over he is nowhere near as durable nor as heavy a sing kick will send him flying and the following combo will devastate neji
neji can't use his 128 palms technique as it requires good footing to use
neji can't use Kiten in the air either do there being nothing to push against and he will have no control over it
Lee on the other hand will be landing a vicious combo that will reduce Neji to a quivering wreck
Conclusion: Lee has trained for the solo purpose to "surpass neji "where as neji has no interest in Lee at all and it shows as Lee's techniges are the perfect counter to Neji's Byakugan
Lee Is comboing neji into oblivion
there's a certain thing i can't stand.. and that is lowballing a character... lee is a great character.. and one of my favorite in naruto too .. i have no intention to lowball him .. so i haven't said anything out of context for him ....
neji has always been lee's goal... as u said... lee's sole purpose was to surpass neji ... but there was nothing that tells he can surpass pre shippuden neji....
there were shown improvement in neji in pre shippuden after the chunin arc (the video i posted was after chunin arc) .. where as no improvement were shown in lee after chunin arc...
can u show ANYTHING at all which lee did to counter neji? u have absolutely nothing on lee beside that gaara fight.
saying lee will combo neji into oblivion.. the same neji whom lee thought as his biggest goal is plain and simple downplaying neji.
even if we consider for the sake of the argument.. lee can somehow defeat neji... the fight would be prolonged... and after the fight.. lee will be fully paralised.. just like he gets every time he uses gates.. thus this automatically removes lee from the fight.
