High street tier bracket

Rules:

• Morals are off.
• Kaine is not the Other and can't turn into him.
• Wolverine has his healing factor and Adamantium.
• Standard gear.
• Win by any means except BFR.
• Pre-new 52 Hawkman
• Legends Canon Maul
• Pre- Doomwar Black Panther
• Everyone gets full rest before and after each fight.

I would need to think about it. My money is on Eddie or psylocke. All though there are quite a few I'm not familiar with.

Isn't Darth Maul an absolute monster?

I believe so. I don't know much about him though. I know he has a respect thread on the vine though.

I don't think black panther will win here. Current black panther does have a shot against brock though. It would be interesting.

@jashro44: But it is current Black Panther.There's no stipulations of it being Pre-Doomwar.

Maul blitzes everyone here except Speed Demon I guess..and even then he's much more skilled and reaction time coupled with pre-cog should ensure a clean hit. Maul along with half of these characters aren't street level.

He wont make it to Eddie. He needs to beat Peter first.

He doesn't really have a counter for black panthers cloaking. He has some good senses but I don't think he can fight an invisible black panther.

umm not to be a killjoy @highaccuser but shouldn't you take out the TP people? If not I am pretty sure Psylocke runs roughshod through the entire bracket. She is a very very skilled Telepath.

@ironshinobi88: I've never been clear on how much of an effect Betsy's TP has in combat.

She's made Archangel sleep with one thought, made Wolverine and AoA Sabretooth stop fighting each other instantly, and TP assaulted Full Death Seed Archangel who Betsy described as having TP resistance comparable to Apocalypse himself..

Comes down to Peter,Eddie, Gorgon,or Panther.

My money is on Peter, with Eddie being his biggest challenge due to his past showings. However Peter has grown physically, improved martially, and expanded his standard gear to the point where I don't know if Eddie, who hasn't had a showing as Venom in how long, would be the same degree of threat he once was. Peter has shown he doesn't really need spider-sense to be effective anymore.

Psylocke

@juiceboks: she still has trouble tagging fast people with TP, wolverine and sabertooth outpaced her thoughts. I don't see the need to nerf her TP.

Spider-Man isn't winning at all.

That said, I'd back either Psylocke, Eddie, or Darth Maul.

@highaccuser: Is this Legends Canon Darth Maul, or New Canon?

Legends Maul wins this whole thing (sans Psylocke winning by TP, but then he could be too fast for her to even apply it). New Canon Maul could lose, although I haven't really assessed his feats in detail.

I'm going to say legends Maul since he seems to be the more established one who actually had the feats to justifye putting him here. What's new canon?

New Canon is the movies, TCW Animation, movie novels, Son of Dathomir comics, and anything else to come from now on.

Legends Canon is all of the EU prior to the comics Son of Dathomir. So essentially, 99% of the novels, comics, games, sourcebooks ect.

So yeah, I'm going with Maul here, for certain.

@highaccuser: No she doesn't..she had trouble keeping track of Wolverine and Sabretooth way back in her classic days long before she became an Omega level mutant and had her ninja training and what not.
