Fight takes place on and deserted island that was once the staging ground for a battle (still has the trenches and fortified ground to show for it)
Two rounds
Round 1 Bill wears the shield suit (the catalyst for his powers) so is fully impervious to bullets etc his super strength and speed to tank and car levels. While Steve has his shield. Round two both are without (Bill has slightly enhanced strength and speed and healing factor)
