Hiei via minato blinking and then suspiciously having his body slide off into some well cut pieces.

to be honest i don't know minato's reaction speed is mad fast and if he tags hiei it is over.

Hiei. I think Minato could dodge Hiei for a while depending on how many of his special kunai he's got spread out for his Flying Thunder God, but I don't think he's fast enough to actually attack Hiei. And even if he could, I don't think he's got enough power to actually damage Hiei.

Minato speedblitzes and finishes him off with a Bijuu rasengan.

Hell IMO minato due to the nature of his skill and abilities, and his reaction speed, can beat virtually anyone thats not too far above him physically or has a form of hax.

People have forgotten that Minato also has access to Kyibi.
