-Round 1.Random encounter, no weapons.

- Round 2.Random encounter with standard equipment

-Round 3. Both teams have a week of prep to neutralize the other.

Round 1 is going to the assassins, they are less gear-dipendent, and Drakon shoul win against a Shield-less steve.

Round 2.... the Heroes take that.Bp has some awesome tech, and he'll screw up DS's gear with anti metal, while Rogerse with shield is many time betters than him without.

From recollection that's quite dated and filled with possible lapses in memory, doesnt T'Challas gear almost rank around the level of Iron man? Vibranium suit anti metal claws goggles that can see in how many spectrums, invisibiliy etc etc.

1- Black Panther doesn't need his weapons and mainly fights with hand to hand anyways. Steve is pretty much all hand to hand but without his shield he becomes more of a liability but i still thing team one takes it.

2- Deathstroke with is weapons will be able to mix it up from a distance and in close.

1- Black Panther with prep time.
