Heroes vs Villains

Captain America, Wolverine, Batman, Robin vs Deathstroke, Soloman Grundy, Bullseye, Venom. 2 days prep for the heroes, 4 days prep for the villains. Standard gear. Fight takes place in the middle of NY city. Win by kill or knock out.

I would have thought Grundy would be fooled reguardless if he had prep or not. He's not the brightest in the class. I see Wolverine being a real threat to Grundy. Batman already knows DS but DS gets more prep, this gives him an edge. Add Robin in there and I see DS struggling. Venom might give CA a hell of a fight, but I think CA can hold him off long enough for Batman and Robin to help out. Bullseye would be a real annoyance as he will be firing projectiles at the heroes, giving them another thing to worry about.. But after a tough fight I see Wolverine possibly being the last man standing. Grundy is outmatched by the Hulk and Wolverine has defeated him before. TBH the fight can go either way.. I give the heroes a slight edge.
