Heroes Last Stand

Batman, Captain America, Boba Fett VS 20 Dalek's

The battle takes place in the museum from the 'Night at the Museum' film and is confined here.Thus there are big size rooms, a stairwell, corridors etc.

Morals off for both teams.

Batman,Captain America and Boba Fett know each other very well, what they are capable of and will work as a well oiled machine.

Both teams are unable to use outside influences for the battle - no calling spaceships,outside assistance,time travel for manipulation.

Batman, Captain America and Boba Fett get to read the Dalek's Wiki page before battle and are given 30 minutes prep for the battle inside the museum for themselves, anything on hand they can use.

The Dalek's are to start outside the museum but have been told that 3 dangerous humanoid targets are inside and must be destroyed at all costs. When the battle starts the Dalek's can enter through multiple doors/windows etc placed through the museum.

Win by Incapacitation, Death, KO.

im only familar with the TV show Daleks & they were very lame..

So im going for the Trio here..

Obviously yes, i made the topic.

They are highly durable (lower half moreso) with their own shielding and are armed with a ray gun of sorts that pretty much 1 shots Cybermen/Soldiers on impact.

They are very intelligent and have a flight ability.However they are very slow.

We have the galaxys greatest ever bounty hunter (armed with awesome tech) and a tactical/ prep mastermind

Batman (who with gadgets galore and awesome physical stats) and is a genius

Captain America, who is a master tactician and has stats that are peak/super human in some regards wielding a shield that is a huge asset.

So given this knowledge my question still remains who would win?
