Heroes for Hire Versus Birds of Prey

Apologies if this has been done before. This is the Heroes for Hire when they included the following:

Misty Knight

Black Cat

Colleen Wing

Shang-Chi

Paladin

Note that while this is the Civil-War era HFH, the characters I am included need not be restricted to their power levels during that particular time. IE: If one of them was particularly "weak" during that time, a different power level for the character may be used. Also note that any character whose name I did not list is not in the fight.

And now for the Birds of Prey line-up:

Black Canary

Huntress (Bertenelli)

Lady Blackhawk

Nightwing (Yes, he counts a member)

Catwoman (Same)

Which side wins?

Versus

Anyone?

overall BoP has better fighting ability. Shang chi would beat all of em one on one. im not sure, Im going with birds of prey

Paladin is a Captain America level meta in a decent battle suit and a stun gun. He also should have Odin's spear Gungnir who turns the tide of battle. Him and Black Cat's luck powers should turn the tide.
