Blue Marvel and Blue Beetle or Black Adam and Black Lighting. I'm not really sure on Blue Marvel's strength level, but if he can at least compete with Black Adam, Blue Beetle should be able to help him out after he takes out Black Lightning.

well blue marvel may be able to hang with him for a while and hal would probably go longer than any one else i still say adam's team wins

why no blackbolt  would have been better than black lighting
