Hermes wins, I don't think Captain can even tag him since Hermes ran as a blur and ran circles around Kratos. Only reason Kratos could tag him was because he was blessed by hope.

If everyone would be serious you would be knowing that Hermes stomps. He managed to actually hurt Kratos with hits, that feat alone should put him way above Captain America in striking power, I'd say Hermes one shots Captain America with ease.
