Hard to tell. Hercules in the show, most of the times doesn't seem to possess that much strength. But in few episodes he possesses strength enough to take down enemies the movie spiderman couldn't (Ares, some Titans and monsters). Thinking about all that, normal persons who punch him are able to hurt him and even though he's fast and agille (just see some of his figths with Ares and with Callisto when she had the powers of a god) he's nowhere near Spiderman. Spiderman would take this.

@alexandrinus: Your talking about durability, not strength. He stated that he holds back against humans otherwise he'd be killing everyone he fought in bars. He only uses his full divine might when he fights Ares etc. As for his durability, it did strike me as odd when he could take hits from demi-god minotaurs and then get staggered by buff drunks. Nevertheless, I've almost never seen him KO'd by anyone under Ares level and even then it doesn't happen often. Movie Spiderman was agile but it's not as if he couldn't be tagged. Doc Oc did it, Goblin did it and even a very slow sandman pulled it off. One demi-god punch from Herc at full force should end this encounter.
