This fight might last a while, Hercules is strong enough to go toe-to-toe with Thor, who I honestly put at a higher level of strength than Wonder Woman, and his fighting skill is even greater than Thor, he's a master of every fighting style from the realm of gods and men, so on and so forth.
Is this match hand to hand, or does Wonder Woman have her sword?
Hand to hand, I say the match is pretty even, I call it a stalemate, Wonder Woman's flight is a good advantage, but if I'm gonna lobby for either, I'd lobby for Hercules
If Wonder Woman has her sword, much like Thor with Mjolnir, Hercules could last, but would likely not succeed and I give it to Wonder Woman 8/10
I have to disagree with majority of the people on this thread. Wonder Woman is easily my second favorite after superman prime but shes not about to dog walk Hercules. Only advantage she has is speed and is that really enough?? Hercules toyed with sentry. A Sentry that was highly annoyed and pissed. He literally dodged his blows and toyed with him. Also we all know for the most part superman holds back when it comes to WW. WW doesn't have feats in any category to compare her to supes. I would say she is the better overall fighter, but as far as speed durability strength nope shes not on supermans level. I would give 6/10 to ww for depowered herc. 5/5 for demi god I think it would go either way. Chaos King herc would obliterate her though.

Besides the more well known "Sacrifice" battle in in Wonder Woman issue 219, Superman fought Diana in Wonder Woman issue 174 when he was ALSO bloodlusted by Circe. A Wonder Woman that can stand up to the bloodlusted blows of Superman on more than one occasion can stand up to anything Herc can dish out.
I "like Hercules, and think he is underrated FAR too often in Marvel---but the fact is he's just not beating Diana.
If i remeber correctly Thor threw a Sun at the God Bomb... Hercules > Thor in Strength. Its been stated seveal times.. even by thor. Oh well. Wonder woman wins by votes, i'd agree that she wins anyway 5/10 maybe even 6/10 times with her speed (other times would look like what he did to Sentry) without it tho.. 6/10 or 7/10 to Herc. Oh and for those of you who say Herc isn't good in h2h combat A. Read up B. So since he brawls... he isn't good in H2h combat? This is Hercules, he LIKES brawling. Myth based characters Marvel Hercules seems to be more ground hero that could fight like a bull fighter, the way he dodges Sentry and grabs his cape. Then Sentry is probably inspired by Superman. So it seems the Marvel making Hyperion and the Squadron Sinister was to show that the Avengers could defeat Superman and the JLA. It doesn't matter you can tell that is the reason they did it. They made a parody of the JLA. You can't really make them the same seeing there would be copyright laws. So they can make a parody without violating the law. So basically they made these characters so to theoretically show how the Avengers could defeat the JLA. So it is not about feats, but possibilities left to the imagination or How they can do it. So any ways theoretically Marvel Hercules should be able to have a good fight with Wonder Woman. However it may not be a blood lusted fight but a friendly competition. Then these are Greek Myth based characters, then wrestling and grappling may beat martial arts as MMA using Brazilian Jujutsu. So basically Hercules maybe a grappler and wonder woman maybe more of a striker. Superman seems more of a striker than a grappler, maybe also a person couldn't grapple Superman because he would overpower them. Well Hercules maybe a striker and grappler though. So if Hercules is stronger he could get her in a hold she could not get out of, then basically he could ground her from flying. Then again flying doesn't mean that an object is stronger than gravity it means it is less dense than air, or gases as clouds float in the sky. So a flying feat doesn't mean the character is stronger than gravity, but that they are actually lighter. Well Magneto is written to use Electro-Magnetism to levitate, but is not the same with Superman. Then Storm flies by creating a windstorm underneath her, so this character is written to glide on the wind. Though Superman is written to be able to lift things that are falling so large masses falling makes his seem stronger than gravity. So floating in the sky like a cloud, is not a stronger than gravity feat, because rockets shoot up. However they come down, they don't stay in the air. See Superman seems to lessen the force of a mass coming down because of gravity, causing the object to slow down. so it seems he is not overpowering gravity just, it is like if air floated and became a solid floating material, than an object falling would be slowed down by the interference of the low dense air having a material denseness. so it would reduce the impact of the falling object. So is flight a strength really? So the character could attack like a bird with talons ready, but doe it make it a strength?

Superman was jobbing like crazy in the crossover, and i am not sure what Wonder Woman's durability has even to do with this, heat vision is hilariously inconsistent and even Superman himself got already hurt by Supergirl's heat vision.
