LOL! Hercules can barely survive just fighting a mere fraction of an aspect of Oblivion. What's makes anyone believe that Herc can stand a chance of the full (infinite) aspect?

No one is holding him back but his own accord. That's like saying Lady Death is pleased at the living dying, but she herself can't kill things even if she wanted to. Also, another reason why Oblivion and Death hardly interfere with "reality" (Eternity), is because of the laws of the cosmic compass. Eternity will someday die -> Death takes all living -> Death goes to Oblivion to be transformed to nothing -> Time passes -> Oblivion releases the Cosmic Egg -> Phoenix is born again -> Phoenix sparks back life -> Eternity and Death are born again and repeat. Rinse and Repeat.

CW Hercules wasn't able to handle Mikaboshi who happens to be a mere aspect of Oblivion. How is Hercules who is millions of times less powerful than CW Hercules is going to handle the Oblivion who is millions of times more powerful than Mikaboshi....

How on earth is Herc supposed to win this?!!
