I never saw Mongul as very powerful and I don't knwo much about Hercules. Apparently he can contend with Thor. Mongul was basically down with 2-3 of Superman hits.

What are some good Mongul feats aside from hurting Superman?

Personal preference puts this in Hercules's favour, but I think it will come down to who has the strength advantage, because in Hand to Hand I give it to the Prince of Power.

What is standard gear for Mongul?

2-3 Superman hits is definitely not the case.

This is a toughie. If Hercules is fighting at his fullest then I think he would give Mongul a tough fight.

Nice battle. Though Hercules does have more feats on offer so I'm inclined to go for him winning the fight after a tough and grueling battle.
