Having fully read all the postings so far now, I have few comments.
Hercules would appear to be stronger than Thor. Perhaps only by a slim margin but it is a difference. Hercules is immortal and Thor is not. Hercules has a fast healing factor, Thor does not. Thor has been wounded and although he has healed many times faster than a human would he has not shown the speed of healing that Olympian gods do. To kill an olympian god only an injury of such magnititude that it incinerated them or dispersed a major portion of their bodily molecules could kill them. This is not so for Asgardian gods. A benefit of the Olympian Immortaility is that Olympians would also appear to have slightly greater endurance than Asgardians. Both Hercules and Ares bios state that they are virtually tireless. Their supernaturally enhanced musculature produces no fatigue poisons. Hercules would appear to at least equal Thor's durability. Finally, I have no doubt that Thor can also leap significant distances but this is a major point of note in Hercules bag of tricks. Hercules can make a standing high jump of at least 100 feet in Earth's gravity but as this based on only a standing highjump, Hercules can obviously leap further with a run up.

2.Flying around and blasting people is a cowardly way to fight but that doesn't mean it's and invalid technique.Iron Man does it.Herc cannot beat Iron Man.Iron Man is smarter than him,faster than him,and he can fly.
3.Iron Man wasn't always as powerful as he is now so saying Thor beat him means nothing.Herc being physically stronger than Thor also means nothing because Thor has ranged attacks and can fly.Honestly Herc shouldn't be able to touch Thor.

Iron Man was holding back on She-Hulk.He only used the needle on her because he didn't want to hurt her.Iron Man knocked out She-Hulk when she was enraged which increases her strength during Avengers:Disassembled.
