Hercules for the win. He wouldn't even need the belt of strengh nor his Lion's Skin (but the mace, maybe). But isn't Fenris just a "regular" asgardian wolf (apart from being really big and having strengh to match)? In the picture above is him as a humanoid? Never seen him that way so I don't really know what is powers are in that form.
Fenris is not a regular asguardian wolf. He's the offspring of Loki and a giant who is the bringer of ragnarok.
That said, I'm not sure if Fenris is up to beating Hercules. On one hand, he killed Kurse which is a huge feat. On the other, he's got a very low win percentage against Thor and Beta Ray Bill. Granted, Hercules is no Thor or Beta Ray Bill, despite being significantly funnier.
