@dondave: i think the team can beat him after long fight

Sinestro's shields would be able to handle any of their projectiles. His speed is also a big advantage. I vote Sinestro.

@oceanmaster21: Not really. He can set his ring to Auto-Fire and use his constructs to attack in manner similar to how he beat Mongul, which I don't see their healing factors allowing them to come back from to win this fight.

If the lightning the team is able to generate is the same source as zeus than either one solos...if their lightning is just a generic with no mystical powers then Sinestro should win as Herc is flightless and is pretty out of this fight from the get go...
