It's more of a strength feat than a toon force if you ask me
I was hoping you'd say toon force ...... cuz that one feat just made this a stomp thread in Herc's favor .... Hulk has done nothing like that .... and based on the amount of strength it took for Herc to pull it off ..... not only could he replicate it with much greater ease, but he could pound Hulk into submission .... just plain knock him out

I thought Toon Force was an impossible feat that goes against physics for comedic effect

he can't ..... unless because hes green she thinks he's made of kryptonite and mentally accepts it, resulting in her physical body powering down as an effect of the physiological trauma .... Hulk taking advantage of this would hit Supergirl ...... but you see, the odds of that happening are as great as Batman losing to a 12 year old with a plastic fork as a weapon .....
