Round 1: If one member of any team foes down, the hole team looses

Round 2: Which team wins overall fight

All Dc characters are (Pre-52), Larfleeze Orange ring, Atrocitus Red ring, Other lanterns are Green lantern rings.

Team Heralds: (Post Annihilation)Silver Surfer, Stardust, Fallen One, Morg, Terrax, Firelord, Destroyer.

Team Superman's: Superman, Mr Majestic, Ultraman, Gladiator(Full confidence cant loose confidence), King Hyperion, Eradicator, sentry(No Void).

Team Lanterns: Hal Jordan, Kyle Rayner, Atrocitus, Sinestro, Larfleeze, John Stewart, Guy Gardener.

Hmmm, all 3 teams have at least 1 OP character, actually leaning toward lanterns cuz of Larfleeze.

Silver Surfer wins in effortless curbstomp.

Effortless curbstomp? Really? Do you know anything about any of the other characters?

Leaning torwards heralds because of SS

Team Superman takes it because of Majestic, Hyperion, and Sentry(current version being voidless but Death Seed)

sentry is no death Seed or void

Well Round 1 goes to heralds effortlessly. Round 2 belongs to the Supermen imo

Lantern's mindwipe the Heralds and Supermen and go back to Mojo for a party

Larfleze would take any team by himself

Well....No. SS won't be able to Handle the power of a whole Corps IMO, bloodlusted or not.

Larf attacks often with solid constructs(his army).And he can't parry/adsorb energy attacks from more directions.

I think he has, but only on limited occasions against godfathers+

@pierpat: Hmm, alright, thanks. Now i know, and knowing is half the battle.

Heralds because of Surfer, but not in an easy fight at all. All the other Heralds besides Surfer are weaker then the other characters in this, but Surfer is just so much more overpowered then the rest. Other then Heralds, Supermen and Lanterns are pretty even, but I give a nice speed advantage to Supermen.

@dondave: mindwipe Silver Surfer? Something Moondragon with the Mind Gem couldn't do... right. And again I have no scans of Lanterns having TP and until I see them they will continue to not be able to TP

Heralds can win the first round. Second round is debatable between Lanterns (because of Larfleeze) and Heralds (because of Surfer). I'll take the Lanterns because N52 Larfleeze is his own power battery, so he can spam thousands upon thousands of solid minions without having to recharge and still stay at a steady 1000% battery charge (Yes, thousand percent... it's not a typo).

Round 1: Heralds

Round 2: Larfleeze solos, he can easily overwhelm the Heralds and the Supermen with his construct army.

Surfer turns him into pig then turns Superman into lion, then lion eats pig :D

Heralds take this Larfleeze is going to be tough but I think an amped morg can take him. Or if all else fails Destroyer cant be beaten by anyone on either side.

@kingant27: Is draining allowed? If so, I think all of the Lanterns besides Larfleeze get drained and rendered useless. And, doesn't Fallen One have no feats? Besides getting smacked around by Thanos and blowing up a gas giant, what has he actually done?

In reality Heralds.

Blowing up a gas giant and living through it is a good feat. Besides we know he has the power cosmic so a bunch of things can be inferred. To be fair all heralds get smacked around by Thanos.

@green_skaar: No. He didn't have the power cosmic. Being the first herald Galactus ever created, he was powered by "dark matter" instead. He didn't start using the Power Cosmic until later when creating Heralds.

I agree with everything else you said, though. However, I wish Fallen One had some more feats. Marvel NOW! was a perfect opportunity to reintroduce him as a foil to the Silver Surfer, and they missed it.

Destroyer Armor with the power cosmic is a scary thought.
