The Heralds are pretty much oneshotted.

Have no idea what Onslaught is capable of.

Heralds, with the probable exception of Morg with Well of Life amp, are screwed. Onslaught isn't enough alone, so Odin 8/10

If Onslaught has Franklin Richards, then they stomp.

If the Heralds have Tyrant, then they win.

If characters in the picture, the duo win, (does Odin have Ymir and destroyer Armour, and which version Onslaught).

It's not often the situation, but most heralds are non-factors. I think they'd be better suited in support roles, than purely offensive ones. Destroyer (who is pictured) though is a factor.

Onslaught having absorbed Frank Richards and Nate Grey should be enough

Not sure about Onslaught, but Odin could one-shot the Heralds.

So Tyrant is included?
