I think this is a pretty close battle. It's a little dependent on location and distance. Since they're not noted, we have to assume they're close.
Spiral is the best fighter here, but I don't think her sword fighting can necessarily affect Amora. Loki is actually a decent swordfighter himself when he needs to be, and he would be capable of hurting Amora. Daimon is a better magic user than Spiral, although not by a huge margin (at least when he's not in his own hell realm, in which case he's very powerful). He did, however, do pretty well against Nightmare recently, so I'm feeling like he's getting more and more powerful these days. I would tend to say that Amora is a more powerful sorcerer than Loki, but again not by a large margin. There have certainly got to be several past battles between Loki and Amora in the comics, but I can't recall them to my mind. So I'm just guessing Amora over Loki. He's trickier, but I think her base power is greater. Right now, Kid Loki is definitely less powerful than Daimon. But I'm not sure about Adult Loki. I would guess that would actually be a decent battle itself (Daimon vs Loki). Basically Spiral is definitely the weakest link here, in terms of magic.
So overall, I think Daimon and Amora have more magic power on their team, and Spiral and Loki are more dangerous in physical battle. I think team 1's magic will be the deciding factor.

Clearly this was before our CAV of Hellstrom vs Thor. Loki isn't beating Daimon and seriously i don't see Spiral getting close to matching Enchantress.
