Hellion & Vance Astro vs Static Shock & Havok

Battle takes place in New York and both  teams start off from 125 feet apart in a random encounter .
 All have their usual equipment .

team 2 ftw..static has used the power of a simple power cable to send an SUV into about 700 feet in the air..if free for all static..home field advantage..he would absorb all the electricity in the city..turning it dark..if in his costume..he can sneak attack and ambush them all..havok would be the only problem..static could fry his brain...hellion can have an SUV thrown on him..lol...i hate hellion...such a dumb character....and vance has a lot of skill..he would probably give static some fight..but static would just magnetize the shield and use it to knock him unconscious

I think the telekinetics will be too much for team 2

I thought I was gonna see an old thread where @vance_astro and @static_shock debated against each other....would've been worth checking out.
