I don't know which White Tiger this is, but let's assume it's current. I don't know much about this new young White Tiger, but I assume that the amulet gives her the same powers that the previous ones had, which was enhanced speed and slight superhuman strength. If that's the case, then I don't think Hellcat can pull it off, at least in a direct match-up. Although she is far, far more experienced, and perhaps she could use that to her advantage somehow.
