hellgirl is an anime show therefore against the rules 
 
as for who would win hellgirl teams has no reason to confront the hellfire club but lets say for whatever reason they do fight. the hellfire club would win until hell girl aka eye?(pronunciation sound s like eye) does something,but she will not act til its time to send someone to hell no matter what is done to her or her partners .In the series Hellboy  slapped around eyes team mates and even eye he had some level of telekenisis and the ability to show you images that felt real it wasnt til someone pulled the thread sentecing hellboys soul to hell that eye acted(and those mind abilitis didnt seem to help). eye and her team mates or atleast eye and her teamates once the thread is pulled  seem to be reality warpers making skeletons attack you, mirrors taking you in to another place, animating the dead, etc.
 
without a thread made to sentence the hellfire club members to hell eye does nothing which leadshellgirl team to get beaten around . if a thread is made it takes a member to become one and since theres only 3 members this leaves one person free.and if a member becomes the thread once more after sending another member to hell theres the issue of who contracted hell girl to send the hellfire club to hell? since its four people would 4 poeple be needed to send them to hell? 
 
anyrate team hellfire wins if the team isnt bound in a covenant since eye wont do anything and reality warping isnt shown til the person has to be sent to hell. 
 
what i just posted does it make sense? im half awake and nothing im saying or typing makes sense to me
