Helghast Side:

Clone Troop Side:
50 Standard Clone Troops - DC15A Blaster Rifle_DC15S Blaster Carbine_1 Thermal Detonator_1 Concussion Grenade_Grappling Hook
Scenario: Stahl Arms, lots of safe cover areas. All HIGs are prepped before Clones blow a hole in the building. Assault troops, snipers and Engineers are on high ground, Engi's have turrets already placed (half above half below directly behind standard troops.) Standard troops waiting at Clone entrence, special units (Shock/Arc/Heavy/Hazmat) holding back until Standard troops are gone. ATAC's above Standard troops at ceiling level.
Should be a somewhat even battle. The 40 HIG troops are pretty much useless aside from being distractions, same for the ATAC's. The high powered sniper rifle and gunner should be enough to knock them on their feet and Maybe immobilize. Biggest threats have to be the petrusite and arc weapons. Not sure on rockets, seems like it'd be enough to knock them out or damage limbs from the impact.
Q: Could large caliber bullets from a sniper penetrate the clones helmet (black part?)
