not sure about Earth, I haven't read much of her on Earth but because its such a blowout on her home turf I might consider this thread another complete mismatch
She is a general incarnation of death. They all seem to be able to grant death to anyone. She was killing people with her touch and petrifying their flesh in the recent Thor issue 10 or 11.

I didn't know touching her flesh would result in death. I thought her powers of death only existed over asgardians. nevermind it does exist over mortals. "
She is not ment to use it on mortals, at least not in the older Thor comics. Her domain is over dead Asgardians.

I wouldn't say she is too strong just too powerful. However, Hela has a weakness and if the DC pair know about it they could win thanks to their siuper speed. Removal of Helas cloak and head-dress basically drops her physical abilities and magical abilities to almost nothing. She can barely move without them and can potentially die.
Kryptonians will win. Remove the cloak before she can blink. Hela's dead.

@Killemall: Perhaps, but she does have some legit regen, so it may be a serious challenge. She still has time travel from what I remember, and astral projection. I doubt time travel is an option, just bringing it up, but as an astral projection she still retains the same powers as in physical form, making the girls job harder .....
